Here's how it works for you:


- The program takes effect once, you, the homeowner(s) take possession of the house

- There is a sign up fee of $100.00 for 3 years + 30. ˘/ square foot of carpeted area only.

- Example: 300 sq.ft. of carpet x 30˘/sq.ft. = $90.00 (GST not included)

- Example:100 sq.yd. of carpet x 9 x 30 ˘/ sq.ft = $270.00

We have a 12 month payment plan available

Restrictions that apply:


- Inspection on pre-owned homes will be done before cleaning

- The plan is transferable to new home owners
